The paperwork you receive includes the names of both the Sire and Dam, The puppy’s registration number, date of birth and health records.
Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of the sale and received appropriate medical inoculations and care, including parvo and worming.
Seller guarantees that puppy is free from birth defects or disabilities for one year. This does not include parasites, fleas, or mites. Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian with-in 5(five) days after acquiring the puppy. Should the Buyer neglect to take the puppy for the exam, the Buyer will assume immediate and all responsibility for the health of the puppy.
All Vet bills are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Should any birth defects of disabilities be discovered during the first year they must be attested to in writing to the Seller by the Buyer’s Licensed Veterinarian. The puppy must be returned to the Seller with-in the first year guaranteed period at the Buyer’s expense. Seller will then replace puppy as soon as a puppy becomes available.
Seller shall not be held responsible for any acts of the puppy. Seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises. Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, morality, Land Lord’s disapproval, allergy to animal, disagreement of family, etc. All Sales are Final.
Buyer agrees to exercise normal care in maintaining puppy’s health. Routine preventative care includes the following: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian, annual vaccinations, annual fecal examinations, annual screening test for heartworm detection, and any other vaccinations as mandated by the buyer’s state of residence.
Seller makes no guarantee as to the adult size, color, or personality of the puppy.
It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
